Blauvelt State Park-Long Path-Red-White Lollipop (03/17/2019)
Found this gem of a park because I had errands to run near Palisades Mall and Nanuet. Parking at Tackamack Park North holds over a dozen cars or so. It was very muddy on St. Patrick's day so waterproof boots are highly recommended. Dog friendly and some parts of the hiking trail share space with mountain bikers, although there were many blow downs so I'm not sure what their ride is like.

Interesting place
I hiked this park on April 10, 2016. Very interesting place. The maze of tunnels are amazing and quite fun to explore if you are the adventerous type. I enjoyed wandering around the Camp Bluefields area which was very secluded. I only saw several people on the Long Path, but no one on the other trails.    To see some images of the tunnels go here: https://weekendwanderer2016.wordpress.com/2016/05/06/blauvelt-state-park...
