Trail Maintenance Workshop Webinar

Registration is closed for this event
Are you interested in becoming a trail maintainer? Attend this webinar to learn how to care for your trail!

Volunteer installing a trail blaze.

Trail maintainers visit their trails 3 to 4 times each year to ensure the trails are clearly marked and free of obstacles to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all trail users.

This involves using small hand tools to clip and cut brush out of the trail, removing debris from drainage structures, painting or hanging trail markers, and reporting on the conditions of the trail.

Join Kendra Baumer and Olivia Sohn for this webinar--brought to you live from our backyards and computer screens--to gain or brush up on the skills necessary to become a volunteer Trail Maintainer! You won't even need to put on your hiking boots.

Please register to attend this event and you will receive the link to the webinar in your confirmation email.*
